Backup during outages
Operating continuity when CFE, Mexico's state-owned electric utility, goes down. Your critical loads keep running through automatic transfer.
We engineer storage sized to your load, not battery kits: hybrid systems, industrial BESS and critical backup for plants and businesses in northern Mexico.

Run at night on the energy you generated during the day. You get the most out of your solar system.
Cuts the peaks that inflate your industrial bill. On GDMTH, CFE's time-of-use rate for medium-voltage customers with high demand, the demand charge goes down without affecting operations.
Less exposure to CFE rate increases and to outages. Your system decides when to buy energy and when not to.
Each type of project has its own sizing, payback and engineering. There is no "standard kit".
Grid-connected solar with battery backup, so your home or business keeps operating through outages and uses its own energy 24 hours a day. GOODWE hybrid inverters with on-site service.
Large-capacity battery banks for peak shaving, critical-load backup and demand management in plants and processes. Sized to your consumption profile and rate (GDMTO/GDMTH).
Designed for continuity: automatic transfer, with runtime calculated for each critical load and backup target. Maintenance included through LIMSON (Grupo CIAE).
Every system starts with a techno-economic analysis: load profile, battery bank sizing, depth of discharge, cycles and return on investment. We design to the current NOM-001-SEDE-2012 and evaluate the financial viability of storage before proposing it.
We don't sell batteries that don't pay for themselves. If the analysis shows your case needs more solar generation before storage, we tell you.

Specialists in GOODWE hybrid inverters and batteries. Direct manufacturer service in Sonora.
Proven energy engineering in northern Mexico. Full access to electrical work (IED), maintenance (LIMSON) and training (CIAE).

Design to the current NOM-001-SEDE-2012, Mexico's electrical installation standard, and full compliance with the CFE interconnection process.
It depends on three things: your consumption profile (how much you use by day versus at night), your CFE rate (whether you carry a heavy demand charge) and whether you need backup during outages. We evaluate it with a techno-economic analysis before proposing anything. If it does not pay for itself within a reasonable horizon, we tell you.
They give you backup and self-consumption, but full independence depends on how the bank is sized. For full 24/7 off-grid operation you need to oversize significantly and double the investment. For most companies a hybrid works better: solar plus a battery for critical loads, with the CFE grid as a secondary backup.
With a well-designed backup system, critical loads keep running through automatic transfer in less than 20 ms. Users rarely notice the outage. Non-critical loads disconnect automatically to extend battery runtime.
GOODWE batteries based on LFP (lithium iron phosphate) chemistry are designed for more than 6,000 charge/discharge cycles at 90% depth of discharge, which equals 15 to 20 years of typical residential and industrial use. The manufacturer warranty is 10 years, with an extension available.
No. The technology is the same; the scale changes. A residential BESS of 10 to 15 kWh covers a home on the DAC rate (the high-consumption residential rate) and backs up its critical loads. An industrial BESS of 200 to 500 kWh can do peak shaving in a plant and cut the demand charge by 30 to 40%. We design both.
A hybrid system is solar plus battery working together from day one. A stand-alone BESS is a battery bank that can be added to an existing solar system, or to a CFE grid connection with no panels, for peak shaving or backup. We build both.
A battery bank is justified together with the solar system that charges it and the loads it protects. These are the most common combinations.
If the goal is backup for a business with the CFE grid as support, hybrid solar plus battery is the architecture that gets sized first.
See commercial solar →A peak-shaving BESS pays back best when the PV array is designed with it from the start: demand, GDMTH rate and critical loads in one calculation.
See industrial solar →The processes that justify backup are often the same ones that suffer voltage sags, momentary outages and harmonics. The power quality study runs in parallel with the storage design.
See power quality →Before we quote, we tell you whether storage pays for itself in your case. Only if the numbers work do we size a system.
